Tobago Cocoa Estate W.I. Ltd. brings together the unique “agri” or “agro” and “culinary” aspects of Tobago into a holistic experience for the visitor. The plantation estate is situated in a beautiful district of undulating hills and lush rainforest. Firstly, it is a cocoa estate planted exclusively with Trinidad Selected Hybrid (TSH) fine or flavour cocoa. Secondly, Tobago Cocoa Estate W.I. Ltd is a heritage park where visitors can learn about the history of cocoa in Tobago, see historical displays and can participate in the fermentation and drying activities at the estate. Visitors learn about cocoa and chocolate in the midst of dazzling vegetation that includes coffee, bananas, papaya and guava. In this tropical climate the earth produces a rich natural bounty! Finally, the visitor to Tobago Cocoa Estate experiences the agro-culinary approach to tourism we offer daily drop in tours or by reservation.
